Replacement Policy

  • We will review the damaged product received from customer within 4-5 working days and replacement of product within 7-10 working days
  • If your item was damaged or lost in transit, a replacement will be arranged. However, please note that the maximum period for reporting a damaged or lost item received is 48 hours.
  •  In case you ordered multiple items, and you find some items missing, please check with us immediately. In case it is a case of transit loss, this needs to be reported to the courier within 48 hours.
